Christopher Levoy Bower – Director/Producer/Cinematographer

chris-bowerhris Bower is a self-taught filmmaker. His 2010 short film Solatrium screened at film festivals world wide, won Best Science Fiction Film at the 2009 Famous Monsters of Filmland’s Imagi-Movies Fest and garnered praise from Wired.com as being “Sleek Sci-fi”.

Bower’s feature based on Solatrium, Moon Europa, was work shopped at the IFP’s Narrative Rough Cut Lab and won the Daniel DeLaVergne Media Arts Advantage Fund Award. Moon Europa is currently under option with Tonic Films (Cabin Fever, Borderland).

 

Monica R. Cooper – Executive Producer

monica-cooperMonica Cooper has worked in front of and behind the camera for over twenty‐five years. She studied Theater Arts at the University of North Carolina, in Asheville, NC.

Monica is President and CEO of Make It Happen Entertainment. A multi‐functional team of filmmaking professionals to develop, package and produce film and television projects from all over the world. The company’s home base is in Los Angeles with creative teams located in New York, North Carolina, United Kingdom, Japan, Africa and The Bahamas. Currently, Make It Happen Entertainment is branching into the New Orleans area to develop and produce feature films, documentaries and television projects and provide hands on educational programs.Make It Happen Entertainment is actively developing a number of feature films, television and web platform programs.

Monica currently sits on the Board of Directors for the annual Downtown Film Festival Los Angeles held in July. Also, Director of the newly formed Downtown Los Angeles Film Society.

Daniel Judson – 
Cinematographer/Editor/Producer

daniel-judsonDaniel Judson is a cinematographer and editor working professionally in commercial and entertainment production since 2004. He has shot and edited music videos for artists on Atlantic, Capitol, Zomba, Asylum, E1 Entertainment & Warner Bros. record labels.

He received Best Cinematography from Famous Monsters of Filmland’s Image‐Movies Fest for 2009 feature film “Wanderlost” and is Director of Photography for feature documentary “We Won’t Bow Down.”


 

Steve Mann – Producer/Still Photographer

steve-mannSteve Mann has worked as a professional photographer for over 20 years.

He has a BFA in photography and art history from the University of Arizona at Tucson and runs his own commercial studio in Asheville, NC.

He began this passion for working with the Mardi Gras Indians in 1999. He travelled often to NOLA to photograph the Indians which cultivated into an exhibit of his photographs since 2003. He was the recipient of the North Carolina Arts Council Emerging Artist Award in 1999.

He plans on publishing a book to coincide with the movie.

David Kabler
 – Producer

david-kablerDavid Kabler began a career in film as associate producer on the award winning science fiction film Solatrium which premiered at Slamdance Film Fest. Next, David produced and directed, and edited Mountain Punks Fight Dirty, an award winning documentary film, about Asheville’s explosive independent music scene.

David’s first narrative directorial effort was feature length dark fantasy, Wanderlost, which he also wrote and produced. The film has been called visually striking and “Argento-esque” by critics.
